As a FP&A analyst you become part of the FP&A team which takes care of the financial planning and analysis for JDE globally. Together with your 4 direct colleagues and your manager, you drive the financial performance of JDE worldwide. Your team also works closely with the FP&A director and CFO. You will personally be responsible for gaining financial insights for the JDE brands on country-level. Your tasks include performing several financial (KPI) analyses and contributing to the planning and development of the annual budget. Furthermore, you will be developing financial models to analyze possible business opportunities and cost saving initiatives. Together with your colleagues you prepare financial advice for the business and actions to be taken which are presented in key management meetings. All in all, you provide the right insights to drive financial business performance for JDE globally.


This is a great first step towards business control or second step for someone who already has it’s first experience in corporate finance. The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (in Finance, Business administration or Economics)
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (preferably in financial planning and analysis/business control)
  • Interest in and understanding of financial planning and analysis
  • Strong communicative skills in English
  • A pro-active and ambitious mentality
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking


As a FP&A analyst at JDE you will receive a salary between € 3.000,- and € 4.000,- a month. You have a great pension scheme where your own contribution is only 2%. You get 8% holiday allowance and a lot of free time: 37 days a year! At the end of every year, you receive a bonus equal to a monthly salary.
